Key Requirements

  • •5+ years’ experience in commercial HVAC systems and building automation systems, construction management, engineering, business, or equivalent experience.
  • •Knowledge of contracting processes for the installation of building automation systems and mechanical/HVAC projects.
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations (e.g., DUI, hit-and-run, license suspension) in the prior 3 years.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead direct reports and cross-functional teams to achieve business results.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively upward/downward and resolve escalated customer/service situations.
