Universal Banker - Brookstone Village

Provide timely, accurate client transaction processing while delivering a consistently high-quality customer experience. Cross-train to support sales and service activities, including outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) efforts. Educate clients on digital self-service options like ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution while following internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
