Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain accurate financial records and issue timely monthly financial statements, including budgets and forecasts.
  • •Perform account reconciliations and manage accounting controls to support reliable reporting and GAAP compliance.
  • •Oversee accounting operations for subsidiary entities and monitor transaction processing and accounting policies.
  • •Ensure accounts payable and required debt payments are made on time, including monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • •Coordinate year-end reporting and file state sales and use tax, while maintaining an orderly digital accounting filing system.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of progressive experience in bookkeeping and full-cycle accounting close.
  • •Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting requirements, and auditing/accounting fundamentals.
  • •Proficiency with QuickBooks and/or Xero and the ability to maintain accurate general ledger (GL) records.
  • •Experience working with multiple legal entities and producing accurate reconciliations, budgets, and forecasts.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance, or equivalent business experience.
