Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide first-line supervision to assigned Case Processing Specialists, including daily direction, coaching, technical assistance, and task delegation based on case urgency and operational deadlines.
  • •Monitor completion, backlogs, aging work, and due dates; reassign work or coordinate coverage when workload or staffing changes; personally assist with priority work as needed.
  • •Conduct quality assurance inspections and case-file reviews to verify accuracy, completeness, timeliness, required documentation, and compliance; return work for correction and maintain quality-review logs.
  • •Review flight manifests and related removal/release documents for accuracy and readiness; confirm detainee identification and coordinate required legal paperwork and departure documentation.
  • •Lead or support intake and outtake operations (admissions, releases, transfers, removals) and serve as primary shift-level point of contact for ICE operational coordination, maintaining communication with facility and detention operations staff.

Key Requirements

  • •An associate or bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of directly related education and industry experience).
  • •At least two years of directly related case-management or case-processing experience focused on creating, completing, reviewing, maintaining, or quality-controlling records and case files.
  • •Experience reviewing detention, custodial, immigration case files, A-files, law-enforcement documentation, or authorized government databases, with knowledge of immigration case-processing objectives, policies, procedures, and deadlines.
  • •Ability to communicate clearly, exercise sound judgment, protect sensitive information, organize competing priorities, and work effectively with ICE personnel, facility management, and operations staff.
  • •US citizen or a person lawfully admitted into the United States for permanent residence, with additional requirements including background/credit checks, obtaining and maintaining a DHS/ICE government clearance, passing drug tests, and meeting health requirements.
