Job Summary

Own and grow post-sale relationships with advertisers across the MENA region by partnering with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution. •Manage and grow post-sale client relationships with advertisers of all sizes.
•Coordinate with ad ops, product, and R&D teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
•Guide internal teams on inventory allocation and support campaign setup, optimization, and performance monitoring.
•Investigate and work with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot client issues during campaigns.
•Conduct regular business reviews and partner with the sales team on research, pitches, upsells, renewals, and campaign reactivations.

•High oral and written fluency in Arabic and English for direct client communication across the MENA market.
•At least 3 years of experience in account management/client services roles in digital marketing, with agency experience as a plus.

•Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
