Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduzir reuniões com áreas internas e stakeholders para levantamento, alinhamento e validação dos principais pontos do projeto.
  • •Realizar análises quantitativas e qualitativas que gerem insights relevantes para a tomada de decisão.
  • •Preparar e apresentar relatórios executivos e apresentações para públicos internos e externos.
  • •Mapear processos, identificar oportunidades de melhoria e propor soluções inovadoras.
  • •Acompanhar a execução, monitorar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) e garantir a sustentação dos projetos após a implementação.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduation in Administration, Economics, Production Engineering or related areas.
  • •Proven experience in project management and follow-up.
  • •Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
  • •Experience preparing presentations in PowerPoint with emphasis on clarity and impact.
  • •Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, clear communication, and ability to work in a dynamic team.
