Drive personal banking sales by achieving monthly targets, prospecting customers through phone and face-to-face visits, and presenting retail banking products ethically. Conduct kiosk and direct micro-marketing activities, handle objections, and support customers with loan and payroll transfer needs. Ensure end-to-end application TAT, maintain strict compliance with KYC, FATCA, AML/CTF, and document customer interactions by updating CRM and daily sales reports.
