Job Summary

Join the Accounting team in Tallinn as an Intern embedded in Accounts Payable, Payments Operations, or General Accounting. You’ll process vendor invoices and payments, help with reconciliations, and support month-end activities like accruals and fixed-asset documentation. You’ll also investigate issues, respond to stakeholder queries via email/Slack/Jira, and contribute to continuous improvements in accounting workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare and process vendor invoices, taxes, and treasury transactions, and assist with bank account reconciliations.
•Manage invoice processing, approvals, and reconciliations while ensuring accurate record-keeping and data entry.
•Support month-end financial processes such as accruals, prepayments, rental agreements, and fixed assets, and help gather audit documentation.
•Investigate and resolve issues and handle stakeholder queries via email, Slack, and Jira.
•Act as a point of contact for vendor and/or internal queries and ensure professional, timely resolution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 1,750 monthly

Key Requirements

•Currently studying or recently graduated in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field.
•Understanding of core accounting principles.
•Proactive, curious, and able to take ownership while working autonomously and meeting deadlines.
•Good written and verbal English skills.
•Ability to work at least 32h per week and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
