Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage timely resubmissions of eligible IP/OP/Pharmacy claims with proper medical and technical justification.
  • •Monitor payor payment behaviors and apply timely corrective actions to mitigate financial risk.
  • •Improve quality of claims resubmission to achieve minimal denials and ensure compliance with insurance industry and DHA regulations.
  • •Interact with physicians for clinical justifications on rejected claims and coordinate with clinical documentation to ensure proper claims documentation.
  • •Ensure recon team meets daily resubmission target TAT while maintaining quality and productivity via continuous training and KPI tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •Certified professional coding certificate from a reputed institution.
  • •Certified medical/paramedical certificate.
  • •Minimum 4+ years’ experience in a leading resubmission leading role.
  • •Strong medical background to handle reconciliation negotiation and review reconciliation outcomes.
  • •Strong negotiation and analytical skills, with leadership/supervisory and conflict management capability.
