Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet or exceed store profitability expectations across sales, payroll, shrink, and conversion.
  • •Create and execute strategies to maximize sales while controlling expenses and meeting loss prevention measures.
  • •Manage inventory and store operations including stock movements, returns/exchanges, and store maintenance.
  • •Recruit, develop, and retain associates; provide ongoing coaching and organize weekly meetings and daily briefings.

Key Requirements

  • •1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager with a proven track record of driving sales and profit results.

  • •Good command of business English (written and verbal) and strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel & SAP).
