Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end procurement processes on Omnea, resolving bottlenecks and bugs.
  • •Own vendor master data integrity, vendor onboarding, and the purchase order (PO) approval workflow.
  • •Operate as procurement system administrator/super-user for Omnea, ensuring integrations with ERP (BC) and AP system (Medius).
  • •Design and manage global buying channels (punch-outs, hosted catalogs, P-Cards, purchase orders) and drive touchless processing to preferred suppliers.
  • •Partner on third-party risk and compliance by aligning procurement operations with regulatory requirements and managing controls, self-assessments, and compliance automation.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of procurement operations experience, ideally in fintech, banking, SaaS, or technology.
  • •Strong technical understanding of process and experience with major S2P platforms (e.g., Zip, Coupa, SAP).
  • •Finance acumen to work with Finance/AP on budget controls, GL coding, and invoice-to-pay reconciliation.
  • •Experience implementing or heavily managing modern e-Procurement/S2P platforms (e.g., Omena, Zip, Coupa, Business Central).
  • •Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics to identify spend patterns, compliance gaps, and operational inefficiencies.
