Key Responsibilities

•Define the vision and strategy for your area of the product and business with the CPO and executive team.
•Deeply understand our customers (RIAs and institutional wealth management firms), their clients, and their workflows.
•Partner with design and engineering to build intuitive and delightful products for wealth managers, attorneys and asset owners.
•Interact directly with customers and users to unearth pain points and discover new product opportunities.
•Define detailed specifications for new product features with internal SMEs and advisory board; create and own your team’s success metrics.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech.
•Experience owning a significant product roadmap from strategic inception to launch, ideally for a complex multi-product platform.

•Keen communication and writing ability to work collaboratively across functions (product, design, engineering, sales, customer success, marketing).
•Outstanding UX/UI sensibilities and technical fluency to creatively explore possibilities with engineering.
