Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the vision and strategy for your area of the product and business with the CPO and executive team.
  • •Deeply understand our customers (RIAs and institutional wealth management firms), their clients, and their workflows.
  • •Partner with design and engineering to build intuitive and delightful products for wealth managers, attorneys and asset owners.
  • •Interact directly with customers and users to unearth pain points and discover new product opportunities.
  • •Define detailed specifications for new product features with internal SMEs and advisory board; create and own your team’s success metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech.
  • •Experience owning a significant product roadmap from strategic inception to launch, ideally for a complex multi-product platform.
  • •Approach decision making with a data-informed mindset, with the ability to gather qualitative and quantitative data and come to well-reasoned conclusions.
  • •Keen communication and writing ability to work collaboratively across functions (product, design, engineering, sales, customer success, marketing).
  • •Outstanding UX/UI sensibilities and technical fluency to creatively explore possibilities with engineering.
