Develop, update, and maintain global procurement policies worldwide, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and audit feedback. Design end-to-end policy processes and controls, implement policies across business groups with training and guidance, and own savings guidelines and monthly management review routines. Perform compliance checks, report findings, and drive action plans. Partner with Audit, Compliance, and Legal to establish governance routines and deliver ongoing policy training and updates.
