Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate out-of-hours service delivery across accommodation, maintenance and repairs, transport, and allocations.
  • •Maintain the integrity and accuracy of IT systems used for performance reporting.
  • •Produce clear reports, briefings, and information updates within tight deadlines.
  • •Support AIRE notifications end-to-end, including uploading, assigning, monitoring, and ensuring timely responses.
  • •Coordinate allocations/bookings, transport scheduling, and repairs—escalating issues to the Shift Leader and tracking KPI deadlines.
