Job Summary

Drive Philips’ global trade-in strategy and execution for the IGT Systems portfolio, supporting installed-base replacement opportunities and the Circular Equipment programs. Manage take-back and circularity performance, define global KPIs and tracking, analyze funnel performance and market insights, and ensure timely compliant supply of trade-in systems. Collaborate across Markets, Regions, Business Teams, Operations, and external partners to build competitive trade-in propositions and improve win rates and lifecycle value.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive global trade-in strategy and execution across the IGT Systems portfolio to enable installed base replacement opportunities and circular lifecycle value.
•Lead take-back and circularity initiatives, improving win rate of replacement Philips deals and supporting a sustainable supply of systems for Circular Equipment programs.
•Collaborate with Markets and Regions and sales stakeholders to develop and optimize trade-in propositions and maximize trade-in attachment rate to replacement opportunities.
•Define and track KPIs, performance, and trade-in funnel metrics; use market insights to identify improvement opportunities.
•Establish standardized trade-in processes and governance across regions, train key stakeholders, and support forecasting for trade-in system supply within S&OP and business planning.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience dealing with medical equipment.
•IGT product knowledge is an advantage.
•Strong analytical skills to translate data into business actions.
•Lean mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
•Strong commercial acumen, including forecasting or commercial performance management with financial ownership mindset (value, margin, ROI).
