Key Responsibilities

•Drive strategic projects end-to-end for the founder's office, from launching new offices to standing up operating cadences and company-wide reviews.
•Build artefacts decisions get made on: board decks, all-hands, founder updates, and leadership memos.
•Pull and shape data to inform calls across hiring, ops, and finance, surfacing insights that inform decisions.
•Own cross-functional initiatives that cut across product, talent, ops, and finance with clear accountability.
•Use AI as a force multiplier to increase output and raise the bar for what one person can achieve.

Key Requirements

•4+ years at a serious bar: top-tier consulting, banking, a high-trajectory operator role at a strong startup, or equivalent.

•AI-fluent: daily use of Claude, Cursor, n8n or similar tools with opinions on their value.
•Crisp written communication and high self-drive: can draft founder updates and board memos without heavy rewriting.
