Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead product discovery, requirements gathering, and data validation for strategic conversion and integration initiatives (including Discover).
  • •Partner with engineering to map legacy processes to target-state architectures and support rollout of prioritized bridge solutions.
  • •Build transaction management strategy and roadmaps based on business and customer needs.
  • •Perform root-cause analyses on recurring production errors and drive systemic fixes to eliminate manual catch-and-fix interventions.
