  • •Review the production plan, part numbers, material requirements, manpower allocation, and line readiness before shift start.
  • •Coordinate laser line setup, material flow, equipment readiness, production start-up, and first-off approval activities.
  • •Monitor production output, downtime, scrap, quality performance, line speed, alarms, and abnormal conditions; support fault recovery and escalation.
  • •Ensure first-off, in-process, and final quality checks are completed and quality concerns are contained; coach operators and maintain shift records while driving 5S and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical associate degree (automotive manufacturing preferred).
  • •Minimum 4 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 2 years in stamping/production operations or related processes.
  • •Experience in automotive manufacturing, stamping, laser production line operation, metal processing, or related environments preferred.
  • •Previous team leadership experience (e.g., team leader, line lead, shift coordination) preferred.
  • •Basic knowledge of quality checks, non-conformance reporting, downtime tracking, 5S, and safe material handling; ability to work rotating shifts and communicate shift status clearly in English.
