Key Responsibilities

  • •Gather and analyze requirements and business processes, identify gaps, and propose SAP-based solutions for sales and service modules.
  • •Configure and design SAP SD/CS modules including sales orders, contracts, pricing, billing, service notifications, repair orders, and pricing conditions.
  • •Lead or participate in full lifecycle SAP implementations from design/build/test through go-live.
  • •Ensure integration between SAP modules (MM, FI, PS) and external systems, including non-SAP applications and cloud services.
  • •Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, documentation, user training, and assist with upgrades, SAP Notes, and data migration projects.

Key Requirements

  • •5-7 years of SAP consulting experience, focused on SAP SD and Service modules.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business needs into SAP solutions.
  • •Relevant SAP certifications are highly desirable.
