Build and maintain the reliability of production systems by monitoring health, responding to incidents, and automating operational workflows. Proactively analyze performance to prevent problems, improve scalability and efficiency with engineering and product partners, and advance observability with better alerting. Create and maintain runbooks and knowledge repositories, and help enable AI/automation for faster troubleshooting and more resilient operations in a hybrid environment.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
•2–5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or production operations roles.
•Experience supporting production systems and participating in incident response/on-call rotations.
•Working knowledge of one or more programming or scripting languages (Python, Java, C#, PowerShell, Bash).
•Understanding of Linux/Unix systems and networking fundamentals.
