Key Responsibilities

•Take daily direction from the Microsoft Business Manager to support growth initiatives, partner promotions, and go-to-market strategies.
•Maintain the Microsoft catalog by ensuring CSP offerings, NCE updates, and perpetual software SKUs are accurately represented in the AppDirect ecosystem.
•Assist channel managers and partners with basic licensing help, including tenant configuration inquiries, license migration pathways, and pricing verification.
•Collaborate with ISVs to create “Microsoft + SaaS” bundles that increase deal size (e.g., security, backup, AI add-ons).
•Track deal utilization, support deal flow and optimization, coordinate onboarding milestones for new ISVs, and prepare sales enablement documentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 115,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•1–3 years of experience working in a technology channel environment (MSP, TSD/Master Agent, VAR, or Cloud Distributor).
•Prior experience interacting with ISVs or participating in multi-vendor technology sales.
•Foundational understanding of Microsoft licensing, including what a “Tenant” is, “Seat Licenses,” and Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) basics.
•Extreme attention to detail for tracking Microsoft licensing line items, SKUs, and contract terms (e.g., NCE 1-month vs. 12-month).
•Experience with digital commerce/marketplace platforms such as AppDirect, Salesforce CPQ, CloudBlue, or Microsoft Partner Center is preferred.
