Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver Business Credit Office tasks in line with agreed OKRs, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • •Own the end-to-end Credit & Lending servicing journey to ensure seamless processes for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • •Combine client relationship management with strong risk assessment to ensure required credit quality and returns on risk.
  • •Continuously improve productivity while enhancing client experience, including adoption of technology and customer experience initiatives.
  • •Protect the Bank as first line of defence by adhering to controls and supporting timely implementation of audit and regulator recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Ensure exemplary credit risk management acumen and control standards within the end-to-end credit and lending process.
  • •Perform client outreach, research, financial and credit analysis on behalf of Relationship Managers to support underwriting and lending decisions.
  • •Coordinate and complete credit applications and renewals, including risk escalation management.
  • •Adopt technology and customer experience improvement initiatives aligned to a globally consistent credit and lending operating model.
  • •Successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment as required.
