Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and maintain engaging digital learning experiences (eLearning, microlearning, instructor-led, and blended) to accelerate speed to competency and improve business performance.
  • •Own and administer the Membership Services LMS, ensuring content is deployed, governed, maintained, and measured.
  • •Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify learning needs, prioritize initiatives, and build scalable enablement aligned with business objectives.
  • •Use instructional design best practices, learning technologies, and AI-enabled tools to create high-quality, learner-centric experiences that scale globally.
  • •Measure and communicate learning effectiveness using performance metrics and learner analytics, and lead TRE events for change training, continuous learning, and new hire onboarding.

Salary: USD 50,000 - 65,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, or a related field, including developing digital learning solutions.
  • •Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS), including content management, reporting, and governance.
  • •Demonstrated experience creating eLearning with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Vyond, Synthesia, or similar platforms.
  • •Strong instructional design foundation to translate complex business processes into engaging, performance-focused learning experiences.
  • •Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and using learning data and performance metrics to evaluate and improve program effectiveness.
