Key Responsibilities

  • •Update and maintain the construction schedule by coordinating multiple sources of schedule inputs and performance data into a master schedule platform and delivering required status reports.
  • •Implement project planning and scheduling strategy, plans, and procedures across both company and contractor roles.
  • •Manage schedule interfaces between contractors and maintain the integration and integrity of contractor schedules within the program’s suite of project schedules.
  • •Provide schedule tracking and reporting interface and quality assurance to project functional groups and contractors.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 10 years of applicable experience in project scheduling.
  • •Experience developing, preparing, reviewing, and baselining project schedules, including critical path analysis.
  • •Experience with scheduling and risk analysis programs such as Primavera P6 and Acumen Fuse.
  • •Strong communication skills.
