Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop strategic business cases for programs across execution and delivery scope.
  • •Define and fulfill benefits, objectives, and success criteria aligned to the approved business case.
  • •Create program charters/execution plans, including program RACI and governance structures.
  • •Maintain program framework/playbook, tools, and templates aligned to execution plan and delivery methodology.
  • •Manage master schedule, resource planning/forecasting, and analyze risks/opportunities impacting cost and schedule while overseeing capital project delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or a related technical field.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • •Proven record implementing processes and procedures on construction projects or programs.
  • •Experience managing a program of connected projects with collective value of $10M to $100M.
  • •Ability to lead a team to set up, mobilize, and deliver a capital investment plan, program, or pipeline of connected projects.
