Serve as a financial concierge for walk-in customers by building and retaining consumer and business relationships. Proactively identify customers’ financial goals, recommend appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products, and process transactions accurately. Educate customers on consumer deposit products, consumer lending, and bank technology, while following operational, risk, security, and regulatory requirements. Drive growth through outbound calling, new-customer follow-up, and referrals.
