Job Summary

Support Marketing Communication Compliance for EMEA from the Hyderabad office. Review EMEA financial promotion and marketing communications, perform risk-based monitoring reviews for approved materials and RFPs, and prepare management reports, metrics, and documentation of procedures and process flows. Maintain confidential files, execute special projects as needed, and partner with global and local compliance teams across EMEA, APAC, and other regions.

Key Responsibilities

•Support EMEA Marketing Compliance activities, with potential scope expansion to other regions based on business needs.
•Review financial promotions and marketing communications (e.g., presentations, fact sheets) for EMEA per agreed procedures.
•Conduct periodic, risk-based monitoring reviews for marketing materials and perform monitoring reviews for EMEA RFPs.
•Prepare periodic management reports, analysis, metrics, and documentation of procedures/process flows for Hyderabad-managed activities.
•Maintain highly confidential files and escalate issues to appropriate management levels while executing special projects/ad hoc tasks as required.

•Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
•MBA or a degree in Commerce/Finance.
