Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement the annual plan for warehouse operations and manage the associated budget, monitoring performance and taking corrective action as needed.
  • •Establish and continuously review warehouse work processes and flows to ensure policies are followed and operations are efficient while minimizing overtime.
  • •Manage warehouse efficiency including product tracking and route analysis/re-routing recommendations to optimize space and operations.
  • •Oversee the full order cycle through customer/store order fulfilment, coordinating receiving, storage, and dispatch.
  • •Maintain HSE practices, guide and motivate subordinates, support new recruits through probation, and ensure regular performance reviews and team communication.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience in warehousing & distribution, with knowledge of retail/ perfumes and cosmetics and the local market.
  • •Graduation/Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain and Logistics.
  • •Financial acumen to manage budgets, including the ability to monitor performance against agreed parameters.
  • •Good knowledge of WMS.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
