Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage cross-functional technology teams, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
•Drive technology initiatives and ensure successful delivery of AI projects aligned to business strategy.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI project scope, success metrics, and translate requirements into solutions.
•Lead development, training, and deployment of Python-based AI solutions, including evaluation of new AI tools and techniques.
•Develop and maintain technology roadmaps and architectural guidelines; document processes and manage timelines, risks, and dependencies.

Key Requirements

•In-depth understanding of technologies and software systems.
•Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and software architecture/design patterns.
•Understanding of cloud computing platforms and infrastructure, plus database management and data structures.
•Experience leading AI-focused technology delivery and cross-functional collaboration (5–9 years).
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
