Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide customer care and lifeguarding across all ages, supervising activities, maintaining pool-area cleanliness, and safely handling and setting up pool equipment.
  • •Support the Duty Manager and act as Relief Duty Manager when required (training provided).
  • •Act as responsible person and key holder when required, including opening and closing the facility.
  • •Supervise, motivate, and support Lifeguards and Leisure Assistants throughout each shift.
  • •Oversee poolside operations, perform operational checks/audits/inspections, and monitor compliance with health and safety, NOPs, and EAPs.
