Senior Lifeguard

Ensure pool safety and supervise day-to-day sports centre operations by supporting the Duty Manager and acting as Relief Duty Manager when needed. Provide customer care, maintain cleanliness and safe handling of pool equipment, and oversee poolside activities with compliance to health and safety, Normal Operating Procedures, and Emergency Action Plans. Lead and motivate Lifeguards and Leisure Assistants, perform operational checks and audits, and serve as a key holder responsible person as required.
