Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, scorecards, and self-service reporting solutions for risk-based monitoring and testing.
  • •Partner with business teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable analytical solutions.
  • •Analyze data to identify trends/outliers, assess compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and evaluate root causes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in IT/Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative/IT field.
  • •2+ years of practical data analysis and reporting experience (e.g., business, data, operations, compliance, or risk analyst; internal auditor; or similar).
  • •Strong SQL skills, including complex joins, aggregations, and window functions with performance optimization.
  • •Ability to work with big data and navigate data warehouses/data sources to retrieve, combine, and analyze data.
  • •Experience with banking products and transactional/customer information data for analytics, testing, and monitoring.
