Job Summary

Serve as a strategic HR business partner for Southeast Asia & Oceania business and corporate functions based in Singapore, reporting to the Regional Head of People Experience. Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce and talent planning, succession, and employee life-cycle activities. Partner with HR centers of excellence to improve HR frameworks and ensure labor-law compliance, while using people analytics and AI and leading engagement, DEI, and talent initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide strategic guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning for leaders
•Own employee life-cycle activities including goal setting, performance evaluation, career progression, onboarding/offboarding, and grievance management
•Partner with HR COEs and functions (Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Shared Services Centre) to improve frameworks and initiatives and ensure labor-law compliance
•Use people analytics and AI to anticipate issues/opportunities and deliver data-driven solutions
•Lead regional employee engagement, DEI and employee experience initiatives, and talent initiatives across the region

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related discipline
•10 years of progressive HR experience, including 4–6 years in HR business partnering
•Proven ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Fluency in Korean language is required
