Key Responsibilities

•Assess the current status of in-app content creation and consumption through user research and data analysis.
•Develop medium- and long-term topic plans by combining global user portraits with market demand.
•Increase the supply of high-quality authentic UGC by leveraging off-platform hot topics and boosting in-app UGC growth and interaction.
•Form creator and KOL strategies to grow creators on Lemon8 and cultivate influential creator representation for the platform.
•Collaborate with Product, User Growth, and Marketing to run viral content operations, event marketing, and other promotion approaches to drive overall product growth.

Key Requirements

•Independently formulate strategies using data analysis and content insight.
•Strong communication and teamwork, with the ability to break down and deliver targets independently or lead a team.
•Demonstrate open, proactive thinking and flexible problem-solving.
•Maintain high sensitivity to content trends and understand social media operations and internet product growth methodologies.
