Job Summary

Ensure safe, reliable plant operations by performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, including PLCs, motors, drives, and control panels. Troubleshoot wiring and control faults to minimize downtime, respond to electrical equipment downtime, and support production during equipment outages. Maintain accurate work orders and labor/material tracking in a CMMS (e.g., AIMS/SAP) while following GMP/HACCP, LOTO, and Amcor safety standards and supporting continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, control panels, PLCs, motors, drives, and related components to ensure safe, efficient operations.
•Troubleshoot electrical issues, diagnose faults in wiring/circuits/control systems, and minimize downtime.
•Create and complete work orders and document corrective actions and labor/material costs in a CMMS (e.g., AIMS/SAP).
•Respond to electrical-related equipment downtime and assist production teams during equipment downtime.
•Follow safety and compliance requirements (including PPE, GMP/HACCP/ISO/QMS/QSI, and LOTO) and maintain accurate maintenance documentation and housekeeping.

Key Requirements

•Associate degree or technical certification in Electrical Technology or a related field.

•Familiarity with electrical codes and safe work practices, including LOTO procedures.
