Job Summary

Operate and monitor manufacturing processes at the plant to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production on a 3-on/3-off rotating schedule. Safely operate equipment and continuously troubleshoot, adjust, and improve processes while supporting Quality Department in-process testing and HACCP/ISO-compliant manufacturing practices. Work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, problem-solve independently, and communicate effectively with all levels of management.

Key Responsibilities

•Actively promote a work environment focused on Safety, Efficiency, Good Manufacturing Practices, and related regulations and policies.
•Provide ongoing monitoring, troubleshooting, and adjustment of the process.
•Support the Quality Department with in-process testing to ensure safe, uniform product quality and alignment with customer specifications.
•Function self-directed within cross-functional teams to problem-solve or improve processes and procedures, including implementing action plans and follow-up.
•Understand and integrate business and technical needs into daily activities, including completion of pre-employment testing requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 48.81 hourly

•Post-secondary education, focusing on Chemical Processing or Mechanical Discipline (preferred).
•Ability to safely operate required machinery, including rail movement and other powered industrial vehicles (training provided).

•Ability to manage a key function in a complex plant environment with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
•Must have the capability to interact effectively at all levels of management.
