Key Responsibilities

  • •Actively promote a work environment focused on Safety, Efficiency, Good Manufacturing Practices, and related regulations and policies.
  • •Provide ongoing monitoring, troubleshooting, and adjustment of the process.
  • •Support the Quality Department with in-process testing to ensure safe, uniform product quality and alignment with customer specifications.
  • •Function self-directed within cross-functional teams to problem-solve or improve processes and procedures, including implementing action plans and follow-up.
  • •Understand and integrate business and technical needs into daily activities, including completion of pre-employment testing requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Post-secondary education, focusing on Chemical Processing or Mechanical Discipline (preferred).
  • •Ability to safely operate required machinery, including rail movement and other powered industrial vehicles (training provided).
  • •Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • •Ability to manage a key function in a complex plant environment with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • •Must have the capability to interact effectively at all levels of management.
