The North Face: Assistant Store Manager - Park Royal Shopping Centre

Lead and develop a team of brand advocates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience in support of brand values. Partner with the Store Manager to maximize profitability by driving customer engagement, merchandising, and store operations, including opening/closing supervision, visual merchandising, expense control, loss prevention, store audits, and weekly reporting. Support training, hiring, compliance with safety and loss prevention standards, and foster accountability and development on the sales floor.
