Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead architectural design for complex projects, delivering innovative and functional solutions that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
  • •Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure delivery within schedule and financial constraints.
  • •Review and approve architectural plans and drawings for compliance and technical accuracy, ensuring design feasibility with engineering teams.
  • •Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants to align stakeholders and ensure smooth execution from concept through construction documents.
  • •Prepare detailed architectural documentation (drawings, specifications, and construction documents) and support HSE initiatives, including safety awareness and incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • •Proficiency in architectural software including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp for design and 3D modeling.
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills to convey design concepts and incorporate feedback.
  • •ERP knowledge (preferably SAP functional skills) and the ability to support QA/QC and technical feasibility of designs.
