Represent WorkOS publicly through docs, blog posts, OSS, and conferences while translating customer insights into the roadmap.

•Ship agent tools and skills so developers (and their agents) can integrate WorkOS without friction.
•Write evaluations to measure whether shipped work improves developer outcomes.
•Contribute to the architecture and tooling for fully generated, polyglot SDK pipelines so API changes propagate across languages.
•Own and evolve SDKs across supported languages and framework integrations including Next.js, Remix, and TanStack.
•Build and extend AI-native documentation systems as structured context and represent WorkOS publicly through docs, blog posts, and OSS.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 275,000 annually

•Interest in documentation as infrastructure, not just prose.
•Strong instincts for what makes developer experience good, and experience owning projects end-to-end based on customer impact.
