Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain Android applications and reusable components aligned to agreed architecture and engineering best practices.
  • •Develop customer-centric Android user experiences using Jetpack Compose and/or XML Views and implement robust application logic.
  • •Integrate mobile apps with backend services and APIs to ensure reliability, performance, and secure data handling.
  • •Ensure engineering quality through clean architecture, unit testing, peer code reviews, and governance processes for robust long-view design.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of professional Android development experience delivering production apps, with strong Kotlin (and understanding of Java).
  • •Expertise in Android architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, Clean Architecture), modularization, and dependency injection (Hilt/Dagger/Koin).
  • •Experience building UI using Jetpack Compose and/or Android Views, with state management and complex UI rendering.
  • •Hands-on integration of mobile apps with backend services and APIs (REST/GraphQL), including authentication and secure session handling.
  • •Experience with testing (JUnit, Espresso/Compose UI), concurrency (Coroutines/Flow), CI/CD (e.g., Jenkins), and Agile development.
