Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end Consultant and RMO relationship and manage stakeholder engagement using the Medical Director’s Office SOPs.
  • •Partner with the Consultant Development Team and others to rapidly engage, onboard, and support a cohort of consultants.
  • •Develop and deliver a Consultant/RMO engagement strategy with agreed performance objectives.
  • •Oversee Consultant and RMO rotas day to day to ensure successful delivery of clinical strategy.
  • •Ensure recruitment/onboarding support and maintain practicing privileges by keeping required documents (e.g., DBS, Occupational Health, indemnity, references, training) up to date and audit-ready.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in medical staffing PA/executive or service delivery within private healthcare.
  • •Experience with stakeholder management.
  • •Proven administration experience with continuous improvement.
  • •Experience with auditing and analysing data for service improvement.
  • •Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills, including IT literacy with Microsoft Office.
