Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop technical communications including datasheets, interface control documents, and test plans.
  • •Design, model, and test product prototypes and maintain/improve existing products.
  • •Provide detailed design expertise for Eaton Low Voltage Busway products and accessories.
  • •Ensure product compliance using applicable industry and certification standards and monitor standards changes.
  • •Support manufacturing by providing guidance during development and upgrades, including directing production employees on technical issues.

Salary: USD 69,000 - 101,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Associate's Degree in Engineering, Drafting, or related from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of 3 years of experience in design and manufacturing processes.
  • •Knowledge of drafting standards (ASME Y14 Series) and design for Six Sigma.
  • •Validation testing experience and familiarity with simulation analysis.
  • •Knowledge of UL 857, IEEE C37.23, UL 98, and UL 489, plus working knowledge of US regulatory standards for low voltage distribution equipment.
