Key Responsibilities

  • •Be among the foremost technical and troubleshooting experts for our API platform; act as the last line of defense before the core Engineering team
  • •Proactively identify and implement opportunities to scale support operations via automation and AI
  • •Configure and use advanced monitoring and alerting workflows to detect customer impacting issues in real time
  • •Partner with engineering to ensure reliability reviews and readiness for new features and launches
  • •Design and refine incident response processes and documentation across customers, engineering and support teams
  • •Analyze operational metrics and RCAs to identify improvements and implement enhancements to dashboards, alerts, and workflows
  • •Provide support coverage during holidays and weekends as needed

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • •8+ years of experience in technical operations roles such as SRE/NOC

  • •strong scripting or software engineering skills (e.g., Python) to automate repetitive tasks and integrate tools
