Cost Manager (Pre-contract)

Manage pre-contract cost management for assigned projects, including cost planning, estimating, budget development, and tender documentation using NRM, POMI, and CESMM. Perform risk assessments, build contingency budgets, and identify cost-saving and value engineering opportunities. Produce clear, transparent cost reports, validate cost data for accuracy and compliance, and advise on cost-effective solutions using CostX. Collaborate with clients, design teams, and stakeholders to align on cost strategies and support UAE market benchmarking.
