Job Summary

Lead and coach multi-store retail teams across the UAE to drive sustainable, profitable growth. Own net sales and profitability targets, maximize sales performance, and manage OPEX against the retail budget. Conduct store visits to build and follow up on action plans, ensure HR policies and succession planning are in place, and monitor KPI performance while driving compliance with global retail standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead retail stores toward world-class performance by focusing on People, Product, Premises, Processes, and Profit.
•Ensure a leading shopping experience and continuously maximize sales and profitability across the store portfolio with stakeholders.
•Manage and control operational expenses (OPEX) in line with the retail budget.
•Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and development across stores, including succession planning and HR policy adherence.
•Analyze stores’ performance, hold Store Managers accountable, and monitor progress across KPIs while ensuring compliance with global retail standards.

Key Requirements

•Strong leadership with a minimum of 4 years’ experience leading multi-store retail teams.
•Excellent communication skills, including impactful presentation, influencing/negotiating, and change management.
•Advanced numeracy and literacy with good IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and use of retail systems.
•Geographical mobility within UAE.
•University degree in business (ideally with marketing and sales focus) or equivalent relevant experience.
