Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide executive administrative support to the Senior Vice President of Music, including calendar management, meeting coordination, expense reporting, and travel arrangements.
  • •Support music department projects as assigned, including maintaining project calendars, trackers, files, status reports, and deadline documentation.
  • •Coordinate music publishing and royalty administration, including cue sheets, song registrations, metadata, ownership information, and performing rights organization requirements.
  • •Onboard and manage music personnel and vendors, including contracting, payment documentation, invoice/approval processing, and maintaining trackers.
  • •Support budget and financial administration by tracking project-level music spending and obtaining cost reports, forecasts, and supporting financial documentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 47,500 - 60,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in music, entertainment, production, business administration, or a related field.
  • •2+ years of experience providing executive, administrative, financial, production, or project support in music and/or music publishing.
  • •Working knowledge of cue sheets, performing rights organizations, music metadata, song registration, royalties, and publishing administration.
  • •Familiarity with music-related union/guild processes, including SAG-AFTRA, IATSE, session payments, residuals, or soundtrack conversion fees.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and experience tracking invoices, purchase orders, vendors, payments, budgets, or related documentation.
