Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement comprehensive product development plans to ensure high-quality datacenter server products, including manufacturing process planning, scheduling, and cost optimization.
  • •Participate in Design for Manufacturing/Test (DFX) reviews and provide feedback to improve product quality.
  • •Work with factory personnel and engineering teams during prototype/validation builds, solving day-to-day issues using metrics and reporting status.
  • •Review build dashboards to analyze throughput, yields, and failure categories; publish daily status and build reports.
  • •Develop documentation and SOPs for product assembly, test, and debug/failure analysis, and perform debugging, minor rework, retesting, and recovery of units.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/MS or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering with 12+ years of relevant work experience.
  • •Solid understanding of complex compute/AI server system architecture, including rack-scale systems (servers, backend network switches, TOR switches, power shelves, and cabling).
  • •Proven experience in design and manufacture of complex hardware platforms, including hardware debugging and rational problem solving.
  • •Knowledge of power and thermal system design for datacenter rack server systems.
  • •Comfort with diagnostics/test software in a factory setting, including CPU/GPU/HBM/PCIe expertise and writing Python code/test scripts; familiarity with Linux command line.
