Job Summary

Own regional operations programmes for TikTok Local Services’ Governance and Experience team, delivering data-driven analyses and end-to-end initiatives across GNE domains. Key Responsibilities

•Devise data-driven analyses and strategies, and lead key ad-hoc projects to address operational issues across GNE (e.g., moderation/service automation, cost efficiency, customer experience pain points, governance risks across Content/Merchant/Fulfilment/Anti-Fraud).
•Assess and define key input/output metrics across GNE functions, support teams to focus on outcomes and benchmarks, and partner with Data Science/Data Engineering to implement indicators.
•Run strategic planning activities across functional domains, including OKR tracking and target-setting, resource management, and competitor benchmarking; coordinate key meetings and track outcomes.
•Provide additional data/analytical support for functional teams as needed, conducting operational investigations and case analyses to resolve risks and user pain points.
•Synthesize research and analyses and prepare written reports and presentations, presenting recommendations clearly to management and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•3+ years driving data-driven programmes across O2O/local services, e-commerce, risks management, aftersales, fulfilment, returns/refunds, and/or customer service.
•Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related).
•Advanced data acumen with strong SQL querying and data analysis capability.
•Ability to independently conduct in-depth research, competitor benchmarking, and data analytics projects.
•Excellent report-writing and presentation skills for structured communication to management and stakeholders.
