Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect and synthesize customer feedback, represent the customer voice in engineering discussions, and validate requirements with end-users.
  • •Own and manage the team backlog; define personas and journey maps; write high-level problem scopes, epics, and stories using INVEST principles.
  • •Drive product planning and delivery, including PI and iteration planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and tracking estimated vs. actual costs.
