Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the portfolio of asset classes and oversee financial return objectives to maximize returns in line with Miral’s mandate.
  • •Oversee asset performance, approve asset improvements, and create sustainable value while optimizing operating costs.
  • •Lead execution of the Asset Management strategy in consultation with key stakeholders and review current real estate return trends and economic conditions.
  • •Oversee value enhancement plans, prioritise investment opportunities, and ensure guidelines and procedures are implemented.
  • •Advise on new asset acquisition and joint venture opportunities; coordinate with relevant teams and secure approvals from leadership and board.
