Job Summary

Lead the organization’s AI strategy and data roadmap, owning AI and data lifecycle governance, implementation, and utilization. Drive data analytics and operational reporting to deliver actionable insights, define KPIs, and enable data-driven decision-making across business units. Ensure compliance with data protection requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), manage data risks, and protect sensitive data assets. Partner with teams and stakeholders to build a data culture and advance adoption through training and education.

•Collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders to understand data needs, communicate value of data-driven insights, and contribute to strategic decisions.
•Lead data analytics initiatives to derive actionable insights, define KPIs, and support business decision-making.
•Own AI strategy and implementation, delivering AI solutions and driving innovation across the organization.
•Ensure data management compliance with data protection laws and privacy requirements; manage data risks and vulnerabilities.
•Promote data culture and adoption through training and education, and coordinate with Infra & Data Teams for data security protocols.

Key Requirements

•Proven stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and strategic vision.
